Lying at the western edge, making classic, silky Pomerol at a fraction of the price, sits the tiny, 5 hectare property of Moulinet-Lasserre. This family owned property has had Jean-Marie Guide at the helm since 1982, with the help of Michel Rolland consulting. The gravel and sand soils offer good drainage and allow for slow ripening while the grapes, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, are hand-harvested.
