We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support to work with our Broking Team and play a vital role in enhancing our customer experience and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

As Broking Sales Support, you will contribute to multiple aspects of our operations. Here’s what you’ll do:

Customer Support:

  • Maintain the CRM system with accurate customer data and updates.
  • Manage and triage Broking sales-related queries.
  • Respond to new customer inquiries, onboard new clients, and add details to the database
  • Conduct research on new markets to identify opportunities.

Offer Preparation:

  • Create and despatch fine wine offers tailored to client needs.
  • Support the Broking Team and Sales Team by crafting compelling fine wine offers.

Sales & Order Support:

  • Process purchase orders with precision and attention to detail.
  • Ensure smooth order processing from start to fulfilment, addressing broking queries throughout the sales process.
  • Assist with valuation preparation and manage Broking Agreements.
  • Participate in weekly rotas and handle additional operational tasks as required.

 

To perform the role to a high level, you’ll be able to demonstrate the following skills:

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Communication: Exceptional communication and organizational abilities, with the capability to manage multiple projects and activities.
Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Data Analytics: Strong technical skills to manage data and CRM systems. Excellent data analysis skills to interpret and prepare reports for the team.
Customer Centric: Customer relationship experience aiming to provide high-quality service and support at each stage of the customer journey.
Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and collaboratively with superb communication skills, both internally and externally.

 

Desirable Qualifications

  • WSET qualifications and a good understanding of wine.
