Overview
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for executing and optimising multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. You will work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure strategies are implemented effectively, and you will be encouraged to contribute your own ideas to help grow our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels, including paid search (Google Ads), paid social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), email marketing, and SEO.
- SEO & Content Optimization: Manage SEO activities including on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, content strategies, and site audits.
- Social Media Management: Develop and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), monitor engagement, and analyse performance.
- Email Marketing: Create and execute email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated email flows.
- Data & Analytics: Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to track campaign performance, generate insights, and recommend improvements.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on digital marketing activities, measuring ROI and KPIs such as traffic, leads, conversions, and engagement rates.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging digital content, including graphics, copy, and videos.
- Website Management: Assist with updates to the company website and landing pages to improve user experience, optimize for SEO, and align with current campaigns.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals and objectives.
To perform the role to a high level, you’ll be able to demonstrate the following skills:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally in a similar role (1-2 years).
- Strong understanding of key digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, email, social media, and content marketing).
- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Knowledge of current digital trends, best practices, and tools.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Suite.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, A/B testing, and CRO principles.
